I am from Buffalo and I can't log into my E-cas either. I saw that few applicants are able to log on even though they do not have PER yet. Amazing yea. Hey you guys have any suggestions, please let me know. I am going to call CIO tomorrow, if I got something, I will share with you all. Peace.

Exactly, and many applicants are able to check it from different countries. I did not understand why they would send me such irresponsible reply. Now only thing I can do is call CIC and try to find out what is happening after 26th June. BTW I am post June applicant.

I used both Client ID and Immigration File number, but none of them work. Couldn't understand. Hope its gonna work pretty soon. Keeping my fingers crossed................ by the end of the process it looks like I need some surgery to separate them.
