Hello Anybody out there

If you are applying from Buffalo center, are you required to send Experience letter for your spouse as well. I am the principle applicant and I have mine ready, but what about my spouse? Please drop few words. p.s. I find out that this requirement is different for different Visa offices.

I think this is our disadvantage over the people applying from another country. FBI background clearance take atleast 4 months (i.e. 12 weeks) . Lets hope that by this time the cap wont be full. And buffalo asked for 6 months of bank statement, whereas london, new delhi needs only 3 months...

Thankx Mitali for your comment, but you are talking about old process. Now the law has changed. There is no 120 days anymore. You have to submit all the documents to CIO in Sydney. So you can't mention anything false in the initial document, as you will be sending the supporting docuements...
