One need to have at least one year experience in 38 occupations to be eligible for immigration. Rest of the experience may be in professions other than 38 occupations but should be in NOC. They will get marks for experience gained during past 10 years as long as it is in NOC.

Do not copy word to word. Change the wordings and order in which they are mentioned. You should have performed most of the duties. All duties are not required. Faisal

I would suggest to get a letter signed and stamped from your supervisor. The release letter that you mentioned should also serve that purpose provided that you explain the situation to IO on a separate sheet of paper along with your JD's. Faisal.
