Moving to Canada on PR while maintaining H1 in USA

I can't answer all you questions, but basically when you move to Canada to work for the Canadian office you will loose your H1 as it is tied to your US employer. You can cross the border as you want given your from a WV country. If not you will have to apply for a visitors visa to enter the US.

    Moving to Canada from US

New Yorker - I rented a U-haul and moved myself. I hired movers to help me load the truck in the US and unload the truck in Canada (two dfferent companies). There is a link where you can book these guys on U-haul.com. They charged about $150-200 for loading and did a great job. All I had to...

States Lived During US Military Service

    1) You can return to Canada to job hunt and it will not impact your out of country application since it's based on your husband's country of residence. He should apply via Buffalo, NY. 2) Rather be safe than sorry - list all addresses and obtain records from all states. It's an easy process...

    Process time....

I believe it is calculated from the day it is received by CIC (doesn't mean they has started the process). For us it was pretty much 90 days on the day calculated from the day they received it (based on the tracking number).

The child is Canadian by birth. You don't need to apply for a visa. You can apply for a temporary passport which takes about 3 months to get. The process can be expedited if you have good reasons.

living outside canada applying for citizenship

Don't know how you can find out? I don't know the details, but unless you have accompanied your spouse while he/she has been working for a Canadian company, Government of Canada etc, you have probably lost your PR status. Regardless, you can't apply for citizenship unless you have lived in...

Got Canada PR but want to work with same company(IN US) remotelly from Canada

If you get paid by a US company you have to pay taxes in US. If you live in Canada and have income from US you will have to file income tax in both US and Canada. The only option to avoid taxes in the US is if your US company has an office in Canada and you get paid thru the Canadian (legal)...

    Outland Sponsorship-Evidence of Re-establishment-Job offers

That, in combination, with other letters could work. Include a copy of your resume, and a letter specifying what you have done to land a job (contacted recruiters, phone interviews etc). Most important, were will you live for the first 1-2 months? Can you get a letter from a friend or family...

If you file multiple applications, CIC in country A will see you have already applied via country B. You risk getting both applications rejected.

    Outland Sponsorship-Evidence of Re-establishment-Job offers

Well, it's not really a matter of being able to re-establich rather your intention to re-establish. In addition to the job offer we also provided financial information showing CIC that we could support ourselves before I got a job. We also send CIC a detailed plan of what I had been doing and...

    Outland Sponsorship-Evidence of Re-establishment-Job offers

That should be okay, and don't worry - they won't call. Again, my sponsor got a job offer which she never accepted once she moved to Canada. It was obvious that the annual salary could not support the entire family.
