isn't there any medical center in ur province(peshawar)???

it is compulsory that you have to fullfill 1 year fees + other expenses .... so if your offer letter is showing that its one year fees then it may be get you in trouble and if its not then sounds good enough money you have shown !!! hope this will help you alot pray for everyone!
