better you take IELTS test and get require band for your admission and then apply for jan 2014 session you have couple of time for jan2014 session ... your visa chance more when you submit your IELTS test good result ...

it is not a big problem... you should also take a EAL/ESL English language classes for few months and get a offer letter and show it in your file ..it is save and good ... visa officer prefer if you get the english classes !
