Any restaurant managers here?

Can I apply if I'm not living in Canada? And how do they check past work experience? Is it the same as express entry, a supporting letter stating noc duties, pay etc? Does the past experience have to be in the same skilled noc or can it be a level below the skilled in the same industry? Thanks!

If there are any experts out there who have 5 or 10 minutes to help me regarding my work experience please drop me a P.M. I've submitted but am looking for peace of mind to make the 4/6 month wait easier. I need your opinions...thanks :)

In this thread sucesful applicants post the date they submitted all documents for PR after their ITA, the date they recieved their passport back from Canada and if they paid all fees upfront or only part of the fees as given as an option.
