If it is a short trip then its ok, but i feel u need to update the details like the countries you visited and the duration.... better check with your agent.... i would say be up to date with CHC.

I got the update from my agent...... i am not sure how the process is going to work.... once if your status changes to "InProcess" they will be doing back ground verification and then medicals...... correct me if i am wrong.....

You need to update your contact details with CHC, Delhi....... Also you need to send the updated passport with your L1 stamping details and letters that you got from your company stating that you have been transfered to US on L1 visa.

I just got to know that CHC,Delhi has special unit assigned to clear old backlogged applications of Ministrial Instructiona 1st set, .i.e pre June2010. They are also conducting telephonic interviewes and verifiing the job role with company /employer/HR , based on the detailed job letter...

Now my ecas has only one status. DM - Decesion Made status is gone now(disappeared) Now i have "Application Received" with one line ..... "We received your application for permanent residence on April xx, xxxx" Also My address disappeared.

We have right to know the status of our file process, no one is intended to poke others.....

There are people who are misusesd the NOC 0213.......... and it is shame on them who did that. But one thing is clear..... IT is ruling the world now..... keep in mind.
