i worry you havenot enclosed student questionnaire form (reason for studyplan) That's why they gave you this reason. You have to do some work on your profile to get your visa approved. wherever you get stuck, Just google it. You'll get plenty of answers. Good luck for your future!!

@harman yess you can apply under spp if you're applying for study visa first time. Those who get rejected hav to apply under general category. All your profile is ok. but make sure the program you applied is relevant to your previous studies. and also check whether your ielts score is meeting...

i haven't enclosed any agent so address was my personal email address. i guess email is generally received on personal email address bcoz agent info is filled only in representative form. so u shud expect the email on your email address.
