No, it is not required if the total time you have been in a particular country is less than 6 months ( or 180 days).

You will need to get a PCC. Its combined time that counts and doesn't matter if you have stayed at a stretch or in breaks.

Thanks, I don't have any legal reasons to sight to IRCC, except that I need to find someone locally in these countries to get me the certificates as these are underdeveloped countries and it's not as easy as it is in Dubai to get this kind of certificate.
