    Hi Sarah, my time line is ver similar to yours except that I got AIP in July 2009. Have you been transfered to local office and after that receive AIP in Feb 2010 or you received it from Vegreville ? If so why after 11 months? however i am also waiting for final approval. good luck.

    niceguy, i have not been transfered. i have received AIP and waiting for Backgroun Check to be completed. I am in Calgary. sometimes people get AIP and approval together! and sometimes there is a long gap between.

    hi, Since your file has been transfered to local office, it means that they want to review it again and maybe with details. what is your local office? sometimes they reply rapidly and sometimes it takes time. Did you receive AIP?
