Olivia0827 you're not alone here. I've been waiting 127 days today since AOR...I'm an inland FSW applicant, though I qualified for both CEC and FSW. It seems that CIC is giving priority to CEC for now.

If you get an ITA, apply for PR and get the AOR before they assess your BOWP application they will accept it, because they take into account the day you submitted your paper application. I'm not an expert either but I've read other similar situations in this forum. I hope this helps you as...
