    It's great that you found an employer who values you so much! I hope they are aware of how tedious the process is though. To make the process easier for you and your employer, I recommend making a list of everything you need beforehand and letting your employer know instead of getting the info...

    Have you guys tried writing the letter yourselves and approaching your employers to jut sign off on it? Sometimes they just don't want to waste time writing the letter but if all they have to do is read and sign it if they agree, they will more likely do it.

    I don't think you guys have to be so concerned over the "unfairness" of the EE system. There will probably be changes in assignment of points and selection cut off in the next few rounds. EE is still a new and I'm sure (or at least I hope) they have someone looking closely at this round's...
