I have heard that the duties should match 60-70 % from the duties mentioned by CIC. Just make sure to go through NOC 1411 Which is of NOC level C.. both NOC 1241 and NOC 1411 duties are very similar.

I mean the job duties you mentioned in your reference letter. Did cic accept those duties? Because I'm also confused in NOC 1241 and 1221.

PG diploma and Ontario graduate certificate are both equal. Both needs a degree to get admission.

Hi.. I have done Post graduation certificate program in HR from Seneca college Toronto. You can choose this course. It's of 1 year . HR scope in Canada is good . I would suggest you to give CHRP Exam also once you have completed your program.
