Dear Shams Yes, CSI is case specific inquiry.. You can email LVO at this id London-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca Once you will get the reply from them you will know who is your visa officer..cuz at the end of the email VO write his/her initials e.g. NMP, JMR, CKL etc I hope I have cleared...

Nothing from my side either apart from another CSI reply from VO on 8 Jan sayin "File pending review by the officer."
