1.as far as i know notary means from advocate notary public, colleges usually attest the certificates and send them in a sealed envelope as u did for eca. for eca search ur college website they must have mentioned somewhere that if they accept eca or not. I think they will usually not accepth...

i don't think you need someone to decide for you. make your decision. I applied to 2 colleges and I already have in my mind where will be i going hopefully i get offer . my college send me offer letter neary 45 days so may be you also get from conestoga... Moreover I don;t think you can do...
