Well,I was asking about the initial form we download from the website after creating the account. Someone told me that we need to fill up that form by the university registrar and then send the sealed copies to WES through FEDEX.- Dark Jaman

Why and When ECA is needed
Hi there! I am interested to apply for express entry.Now I am getting confused with the ECA.I have completed my undergraduate from Bangladesh and Postgraduate from England. Now do I need to have ECA for both of them or for Undergraduate only?- Dark Jaman
