Ohhh didnt know you could apply for both!! Thats good to know! So you reckon even though I've never set foot in Canada they still do offer PR visas to people like me?? It'd be so much easier to just get the PR cuz I'm really not arsed doing this twice!!

OMG lads! I think I figured it out!! Feck sake! The eligibility section that says 'why do you want to come to Canada' I selected work, but down the very end was IEC- work and travel, thats where I was going wrong!!! So selecting work brings you somewhere else entirely!!! Duh! I feel like a dope...

I'm torn between the temporary working visa (with the hopes that once there I can gain enough Canadian experience to turn it into a permanent residency) or just go full blown PR visa now, quick bit of background, I'm a highly qualified interior designer with years of experience & education...
