If I enter Canada after 4 months later is this going to be a problem for me? Please let me know guys.

I have got my Canada Student Visa about a week ago. But the problem is now I don't want to read in my current university, so if I go there 4 months later and join another university is thia going to be a problem for me? Someone please help me with this matter. I'm in a big trouble.
