Well if you see their application form, they have included the word ruksati. In the previous thread i created, most of the people also recommended to do the complete marriage with ruksati and then apply. I just wanted to know if someone face any objections with nikkah only!

I am stressing out today because I'm wondering if me going to Pakistan to see my husband will be enough proof for these people because they are not accepting nikkah only cases but I went and lived with him so where does our case stand? I'm so confused

I'm muslim and mine was exactly the same. Second marriage, one function, and no walima. There was a reason we didn't do walima. It's not a must as long as you can explain regardless of religion. Did you do the infamous 'rukhsati' and take pictures?
