There is medication treatments in my home country however this novel treatment is only available in Canada, I'm not responding well to the medications and the only solution for me is the rTMS treatment in Canada. Do you think they might still deny me ?

CIS stands for computer information systems Diploma and it's for 2 years. My friend been accepted by Douglas ollege but since he has only 80 on his TOEFL they placed him in English as a second language for 4 months. After that he will be admitted to CIS , and it's been written on the letter...

He didn't apply for English , but been put as english because he has a low TOEFL score. on the document sent from the college to the embassy it says that his target Program is CIS Diploma. Would that make a difference ?
