not sure if there is a contact number or email of IRCC maybe you can ask for follow up because with the Quebec one (MIFI) there is one.

To begin congarts :) I just called them like right now and I spoke to a different person and right away she said that It was approved and also they transmitted it to IRCC. I feel so relieved now! Now we have to wait for the strike to be over and receive our docs by mail and submit the approval...
