Hi, I tried finding the link to apply for work permit as a protected person but I could not make through. IRCC account only has option for visitor visa, study permit. Can you provide more information on this, please?

Hi! No I have not received any letter. Just got the hearing date.

I am in the same boat. My case was considered less complex in June 2022. Submitted all supporting documents within 10 days. After that no update. 2 weeks earlier my lawyer informed me that I got my regular hearing in the coming October. ( By the Grace of Almighty). Just praying for a good end!

Claimed on 18th Nov 2021, Eligibility interview on Feb 2022, received WP on March 2022, got the letter as less complex on June 2022, Submitted all docs on 5th July 2022, My lawyer sent an update on 13th Feb 2023. How does the time count for a hearing after being a less complex case? - Time counts from submitting the BOC, or - Selected less complex cases & submitted the required documents within the time given to support less complex cases? I really appreciate any help you can provide.
