Hi there I got the similar reply from one of the consultant that if u enquire about ur case it could delay ur process, as ur file is not placed on the same place. it will show only ur current status which is also available on Ecas. So the only option which is left for all of us here is simply...

see i told u na they will always say like that, u have to think any other reasons to enquire about the status.dont directly say to them I want to know the status of case. but try to gather info. from the other way.

Well My ecas shows its still in process from march onwards its shows the message like this. My husband has filed my application in Canada on Jan 18 2011 11 Feb - Application accepted by missisuaga and forward my case to New Delhi 21 Feb - Application recd by ND 24 Mar - Nd started processing...
