I don't think you can extend your PGWP... You would need to apply for a regular work permit (which I believe might need you to get sponsored)... On the other hand, with your husband being a full time student, you should be able to get an open work permit valid up to the same date as his student...

I don't think you need to submit the checklist itself... It's just for you to make sure you have all the documents you need
