What is the best way to extend my Post-Graduate work permit?
I am going through this same process, sending a filled out im5710 with a cover letter, old and new passports, and copy of my permit (not the original?). Is the $150 fee required as well?- hanzorama

Extension of a Post Graduation Work Permit after extending the Passport
when extending the PGWP with the IM5710 after renewing my passport, do I need to submit the fee again as well? Do I send in the originals of my old PGWP or just a copy?- hanzorama

Post Graduate Work permit problem due to passport expiration
For this type of situation, in addition to the IM5710 do you need to submit the fee as well when extending the visa to it's full 3 years? do I include the original of my old permit or just a copy?- hanzorama
