How can I notarized that?

Okay I can get that from my supervisor. Problem is he can’t stamp it. He can give that just in a blank sheet only with his signature. Is it okay without stamp or letterhead?

I can have reference letter from my previous company but when I asked them to put my duties there they told they can’t include duties because they provide letter only on their standard format. How can I proof my duties? ( there is not mentioned clearly in job contracts too )

I worked 8 months as a hr executive then one and half year I didn’t work. again now I’m working same company same position as the hr executive since 04 months within my one year experience I have one and half year gap. Can I use that 08 months plus 04 months as a one year? Thanks
