HI, this is very simple, you just have to give new OL from other institute and give it the college to which you have deposited fee. They will transfer it to other institute, but they will deduct some charges (amount vary to institute to institute) . Hope this will help you

i have seen student getting visa in 3-4 working days...but never heard anyone getting visa in general category in same time period as that of SPP ...so embassy might not say there is any difference but practically i never i heard any1 getting visa under general in 4 days...

No need to worry...just submit again the docs...they might want to cross check it again....cheers

He making u fool, its like that if you get visa he take the credit and money for same ...but things didnt worked in your favour ...he will make some excuses ...BUT ACTUALLY NO ONE CAN CHANGE OR SPEED UP THE PROCESS ...ONLY THE VO DECIDES TO WHOM GRANT VISA..
