im from europe and i m gonna go to canada on working holiday visa, but i stayed in usa from 06 to 09 and most of the time i was out of status on f1 visa but never an overstayer ( due to a loophole) now i need to obtain a fbi background check but its so complicated to do so here in my homecountry...
