hello to all ,.. my concerned is all about my surname in the passport,.. i am applying for a conjugal visa,. some of my credentials i used my single surname still like NBI and police clearance except for my passport , since i was married and my annulment never had any good result yet.so meaning...

Me and my partner cannot marry because my decision for annulment wasnt yet arrived so I cant marry yet.. do it means to say im capable for the common law visa?? .thanks
