you have to stamp it from the Canadian embassy, for certainty you will found this mentioned in the document check list

For police clearance, you will need to sign it first from ala7wal elmadania in abasiya then police academy which is in abasiya too ,thus you will be able to sealed it from minister of foreign affairs also their is branch of minister of foreign affairs in essise building near the American embassy...

My timeline is: Application filed 26/3/2012 Sponsorship approval 11/7/2012 Medical done in January 2012 Since 11/7/2012 no update
