Cool thanks Also, in the application form (imm 1294), we have to give details of national identity document. So is that the identity document of the country of citizenship or the country of residence?

The empty pages of the old passports need not be submitted right? Only the filled pages. Also, all the pages (empty ones included) of the current passport should be submitted, right?

ok. However, I have 3 passports dating back to 2003. Unfortunately, the one before that is lost and i cant find it anywhere. Also, the 3 passports have all the resident visas and travel history in them. What should i do about the lost passport. That passport was valid from 1999-2003
