I never had TB but the x-ray showed a fibre scar...hence all these tests...

I think that is the only alternative. But I was just thinking what if the DMP does not recommend x-ray again and send the reports to CIC and then CIC comes back asking for a x-ray again...there will be further delay in processing :(
