I ordered the $60 CAIPS process. And I kind of need help in interpreting it. My BF'D date is given : 30-11-2011 Its already passed. Whats that supposed to mean. And also, not really sure about the rest of the document.

Has anyone here used CAIPS ? If yes, then how do they treat the procedure and how accurate and reliable is the process ?

So, like you just have to apply for CAIPS and they'll tell you the exact stage of your application ? And will it hinder my ongoing process ?
