Congrats n1x_r! I wonder why our application is taking too long. The response to our enquiry was " Given our caseload queue for initial screening takes 12 months". Is it possible that they give faster processing to people working in Singapore?

Do you mean that posted processing time on CIC website is not up to date? On the website they say it takes 11 months for the whole process. 28 months is way too long while they are talking about 11 months on the website.
