vizkiz, thanks for reply. They asked me to do medicals and send FBI plus police reports which was I did, but they haven't request for the RPRF. That is why i was confused whether send landing fee now or wait till PPR so I can send it together. What do you think? and how much is it now in US...

llw03c, then you don't need to worry about background check since you originally from harmless country. Is background chekc applied to every body or only for suspicious applicants?

Dacoru, in your e-CAS is not even says Medicals have been received? I guess for LA office the don't put that comment, your e-CAS will change to decision made only after they give you visa. Anyway it doesn't make any different, finally you get it. I am happy for you :)
