i wish it was the way canadavisa puts it.........this way my two occupations would qualify, but i guess we have to go by what cic says.....and i haven't seen these rules on the cic website.

i know.........but i'm just just saying those rules were not defined.............how are u gonna process applicants under rules that don't exist yet........i've never heard that happening anywhere else. whats done is done still........we can complain but it won't change.

there were no new rules, they made the rules during that time. how can they process applicants by rules that were never in place........makes no sense........what they should have done was to stop ppl from applying during that period. i really don't care what anyone wants to say, they are unfair.

really? well i guess if the coalition government gets power then we'll still be in the same boat.

...does this mean if u meet the qualification of the original NOC.....and fit into a related NOC u will be considered???

I have been worked part time as an electrician (which is on the list) from 2003 until present..........but i worked under a contractor who is a licensed electrician. How would i prove this........seeing as i would have no pay slip, would just a letter from the contractor suffice?

I guess i might just give it a shot then.........another point to note.........the name of the high school i taught was hillview college.........does the fact that its say college make a difference?
