well my husband received a letter from Islamabad on the 6th of July 2010 and they asked for a proof contact so we sent it on the 15th of July 2010 ... i went to visit my husband in nov 2010 came back from pk in march 2011 sent them Pakistani doc's notes along with the Canadian doc's notes...

Hi You should send your boarding passes a copy of ur ticket and some pictures to Islamabad if dey sent ur case to Islamabad you can alwayz send them a recent proof of contact ... i know i would !! Good luck :D
