I have an e-clearance certificate from the UAE, does anyone know if this works?

I was a student at UBC from 2013-09 to 2017-05 but I was not in school for some of the summer months. Shall I put student from 2013-09-2017-05 and then add other sections when I was not in school or shall I put each period I was at school followed by a period not in school and so on?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry, I wasn't clear - I am putting my Indian citizenship because I'm not a citizen or permanent resident of the UAE. But should I include that I have had residence status in the UAE from birth until now through either education, employment and just being born there?
