Ya I submitted everything together.

I was suppose to send my application jan 2012 but due to some other issues I had to sent in Late. Finally I submitted in may 2012.

Expired last nov 2012..... They didn't even ask for a new one.

I emailed them but nothing .... My last update was still application received :( Almost 10 months now

I tried this , the person asked for $800 to do this with a help of a lawyer after a month They called back and said its not possible. Didn't return the money either. So careful who u trust. I tried a lot of ways. But failed miserably:(
