dear nagz2207 based on documents they ask if you have joined army and where and your grade and any war,so when your husband havent been in army it is like a boy under 15 and they dont ask why you havent been in army? some countries like India and ... they dont have mandatory military service

dear geminibella Although they never check but according to the law,citizens can be out of country when they apply and just permanent residents must be in the country when they apply.
