Dear, from where are you getting thus 12th July date? Official website says 18th October. I'm curious.

Yes cap closed on 18th but my app reached on 9th. Do you think I have no chance now? And why is that so? I haven't heard of any return due to cap reached.

You may be getting it wrong. Cap reached on 18th of this month. And the guy who applied on 12th July got his PER or AOR on 8th of this month. So let's wait till someone gets his/her application returned before that it's not really closed. Also, these numbers doesn't include applicants outside...
