linking it properly is somewhat tricky you have to have first name/last name, uci number, others.Don't worry it is easy and cic website gives faster updates than vfs. I check cic+vfs+mail every day and night and in the evening too. You can never be too prepared. Hope this helps you.

Undergrad student, go to cic website and create an account and attach your application there. You can get updates faster than vfs. Keep in mind vfs, cic website and mail all should be checked daily.

Hey I applied from vfs on 23rd March, medical request 24th April, 25th submitted and 29th passes. No news after that I'm in the same case as you. Do you know about any other bengalis who applied for fall and got it?

Mail them first and see what happened if no reply then IRCC form end of the week.

If it's one week after the average processing AND you haven't done medical then mail them and/or IRCC form.

If you time limit has crossed you could mail them or use the IRCC form to contact them, goodluck!!

My visa office is singapore too, I guess they are a bit slow in processing especially after medical :(

My application went to singapore for processing so i mailed them why the delay, they told me since I'm a Fall semester visa they will start processing from March 23rd and it did.
