I wrote to them back in July 04, and got a reply two months later (no progress, no action required from me). I just emailed them last Friday (Nov. 16, 2012), and I expect a reply in January. But I requested my GCMS notes on November 7, 2012, and I will hopefully have them by mid-December...

Just a quick note on making a phone call to the Call Centre (1-888-242‑2100): They did not provide me with any information. They say that CPP-Ottawa is considered an "out of canada" visa office. So, only options are the fax and the e-mail.... Has anyone had any luck with the call centre? Cheers
