Hi I was also denied last May 2010 beacause of late submission of my ielts report. I am under FSW and last September 2010 I reapplied and thanks God I was accepted and got my file number last February 2, 2011. Dont loose hope. Reapply and pray for it.

We received your application for permanent residence on October 1, 2010. Medical results have been received. Got the same status in my e-cas....it was from eligibility review completed Definitely it is not correct maybe updates are being done. ::)
