It took about four weeks for my application to get to London after sponsorship approval.

Got an email from CIC asking for a copy of our marriage certificate. I can only presume the one we sent was misplaced. I don't understand how these things can get lost. We never lose documents at work, yet I keep hearing stories of CIC losing documents that seem to be significantly more...

It amazes me how applications and parts of applications can go missing if everything seems so precise and stringent. My biggest concern would be not receiving PPR in time due to post.
