    If your child holds Canadian citizenship and can obtain proof (Canadian Citizenship Certificate and/or Canadian passport) he/she does not need to be included in the application for sponsorship, but still needs to be included in the form detailing family members, I forgot what form number is.

    The PR card is sent to the mailing address the principal applicant specified in the Contact Information section, question #1 of the the Applicant's Generic Application Form (IMM 0008). There is no need to sign for the mail because it's sent by regular mail not registered mail.
