Hi EGo2canada! Downloadable ba yung medical forms na ibibgay sa accredited medical clinics? kasi in my case, i am working in Bahrain so para hindi na ipadala sakin yung forms baka pwede idownload na lng. Please, I need your comment on this. I am sure i will be required to submit a police...

its better siguro hintayin muna natin yung email before sending the rprf kasi baka may additional requirement to submit.

Thank you Rene. Based dun sa VO Innstructions pwede pala in peso and we will be paying P42000. I am planning to forward the rprf this week. Let's hope that we'll receive the mail this coming week.
