Anyone who got their application back due to new rules? my application reached the CIO on june 25 by courrier, i dont know if the delivery date is same as received date, im still waiting for my application, i really dont have an idea of what is happening on my application.

I sent my Documents last July 21 by courrier, as per the tracking system of FEDEX they delivered the package on 25th of june ( friday ). Do you think they will consider my application by the old system? Im still waitng for a feedback from CIO, i just pray that it goes to the old policy.
