    I believe that what matters is the amount of funds as per the immigration booklet (refer to the CIC website) I doesnt matter how many banks. But if you show in two banks, u need to get letters from both.

    can u please clarify that whether the application is to be submitted to CIO or london office? as per cic website, it says that after june 2010 all applicants to submit to CIO.

    the photocopies of degree certificates and marksheets needs to be attested by the relevant university and sent in a sealed envelope with university seal.
